Polypropylene Fiber

Polypropylene fiber (PP fiber) is a short fiber made from polypropylene. The fibers disperse through concrete or mortar and help limit the spread of small cracks.

Main Functions

• Helps control plastic shrinkage cracks while fresh concrete or mortar is setting.
• Improves toughness and resistance to impact.
• Helps reduce bleeding and separation in the fresh mix.

Uses

Concrete, cement mortars, plastering mortars, floor screeds, cementitious grouts and precast concrete products.
